Click on the link above during the presentation time Central Daylight Time (Time Converter) You will enter an online meeting.
  • If you are in the session room at ITEC, use earbuds or headphones to reduce the amount of feedback we will experience.
  • Hover your cursor over the window and menus will appear in the window.
  • Click on the Chat link at the bottom of the window and it will open the chatroom (back channel) we will be using during the session.
  • Click the microphone in the lower left corner of the window and it will mute your audio.
  • Click the Gallery link at the top right of the window and it will allow you to see all of the participants. (Use this link to select the format that best fits your needs.)
  • Engage in the Session. It doesn't matter if you are in Des Moines, Chicago, Los Angeles, Paris or Shanghai - This is an online professional development model that can support your faculty.
